It is stated that victim and complainant is a resident of Zone-5,Ward-81,Chak bhatai,North Lokpur 124/38A

At the above said location there is no connecting road for 6 years,earlier it was but demolished by Nagar Nigam during the project of beautification of pond.Since then the locals along with victim and his family members are facing the issue of connectivity and they are compelled to walk over the dirty and contaminated water of nearby pond and they all are facing social and mental harrasment and against their dignity as dirty and contaminated water of pond enter into their houses during rainy season.

This is violation of the fundamental right of road to connectivity as declared by the hon'ble Supreme Court and of hon'ble Hight Courts of various States in their landmark judgments, and of right to live a dignified life.

This property is registered and earlier paying the taxes, but the service of road construction and maintenance is denied by Prayagraj Nagar Nigam to locals victims and her family members for a long time.

It is requested to-

1.Waive off all remaining dues of imposed taxes as the service which was to be provided against the imposed taxes was denied.

2.Provide any compensation measures to the victim and her family members and locals against their social and mental harrasment.

3.Take proper legal punishable actions against the responsible persons for the above.

4. Give them the service of proper maintained RCC road.

5.Give them temporarily relief of temporary suspension of new imposing taxes.
