To the Event Organizers,

We, the undersigned, respectfully request your consideration regarding two important matters

1. Height-Based Viewing Consideration

Many attendees have experienced difficulty seeing and fully enjoying the event due to height differences in crowded areas. We kindly request that you consider implementing a height-based arrangement system (for example, designated sections for shorter attendees toward the front and taller attendees toward the back). This would allow everyone a fair and enjoyable viewing experience.

2. Separate Area for Girls/Women

For reasons of comfort, safety, and personal preference, we also request the provision of a clearly designated and appropriately secured separate area for girls/women who prefer such an arrangement. This would help create a more inclusive and comfortable environment for all attendees.
