Stop Blocking Calls for a Ceasefire in Gaza

We, the undersigned, are deeply alarmed and outraged that the United States government has once again blocked the United Nations Security Council’s call for a ceasefire in Gaza.

 

The humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza is undeniable. Thousands of innocent people — many of them children — have been killed or injured. Entire neighborhoods have been destroyed, hospitals are overwhelmed, and families are trapped without access to food, clean water, or medical care.

 

We call on the U.S. government to:

 

Immediately cease blocking U.N. resolutions that demand an end to hostilities in Gaza.
